- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Add the bell peppers and onions and sprinkle with the remaining spice mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Serve the fajitas with a dollop of sour cream on top.
